Karen came to the Southwest over 30 years ago to attend Northern Arizona University and has been selling properties in the Sedona area for over 20 years. This extensive experience has allowed her to gain the level of market knowledge and expertise that clients expect from their Realtor.
Karen has been involved in all areas of real estate: residential, commercial, investment properties, development, and building. Her husband Kevin was the first Sedona City Manager and is now a residential general contractor specializing in building custom green homes in Sedona. Karen’s exposure to development and building practices have served her well by ensuring that she’s aware of building codes, pricing, local builders and subcontractors. |
